Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the qqeee platform — this is a legal agreement between you and us.
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to every individual ("User" or "you") who uses the qqeee website and related services ("Platform") and the qqeee operator ("qqeee", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the Platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the Platform.
General Provisions and Applicability

- You must be a capable adult and legally able to enter into a contract on your own behalf.

- Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be cancelled.
Account Registration and Verification
When registering with qqeee you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation.
- The name, mobile number and payment method provided at registration must be your own.
- qqeee may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents as part of the identity verification (KYC) process.
- Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. qqeee is not liable for any loss resulting from disclosure of your password to a third party.
- If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, notify our support team immediately.
- Transferring, selling or renting your qqeee account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
Financial Rules
Deposit Policy
To deposit funds at qqeee you must use a registered payment method. Currently accepted methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
- Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.
- Funds may only be deposited from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Policy
To withdraw winnings you must use a verified payment method and meet all active bonus wagering requirements.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the original deposit — if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will also go to bKash.
- Withdrawal requests may be held pending until the verification process is complete.
- qqeee reserves the right to hold or cancel a withdrawal if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.
- qqeee does not charge any transaction fee on winnings; however, fees charged by the payment provider may apply.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
qqeee offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has specific terms that must be read carefully before acceptance.
- Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Wagering requirement on the bonus is 20 times.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Using multiple accounts or any systematic method to abuse the bonus system is prohibited.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are converted to withdrawable balance only after the wagering requirements are met.
- qqeee reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonuses have a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be cancelled automatically when it expires.
Gaming Rules and Code of Conduct
Betting and Gaming Rules
The qqeee platform offers cricket betting, slots, fishing games, live casino and many other types of games. Each game has its own rules which should be read before starting.
- Once a bet or round has started, it cannot be cancelled.
- If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault, the stake for the incomplete round is generally refunded.

- If an event is cancelled in cricket or other sports betting, the related bet will be voided and the stake returned.
- Prizes displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault in any game will not be considered valid.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqeee platform. Involvement in such activities will result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds.

- Attempting to gain bonus or promotion benefits by creating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to qqeee systems or software.
- Creating an account with false information or evading the verification process.
- Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
VIP Program and Rewards Policy
The qqeee VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback rewards are provided at each tier.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
- Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform.
- qqeee reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time.
- VIP cashback is credited automatically at the designated time each week.
Liability and Privacy
Limitation of Liability
qqeee strives to ensure the reliability and quality of its services, but our liability is limited in certain situations.
- qqeee is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, government directives or other force majeure events.
- qqeee is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment gateways or network issues.
